In complete osmosis with our desire to protect the Environment, the new project of Eau Thermale Avène Hôtel which came into existence in 2016, puts all of its actions in adequation with those of the group.

An exceptional building

Your domestic hot water is solar !

In line with its mission of protecting humanity and preserving the environment, the Eau Thermale Avène brand's aim for this new hotel is to once again highlight its willingness to achieve ever more remarkable energy performance. The hotel, doubly certified BREEAM "Very good" and HQE level "Exceptional", produces part of its domestic hot water thanks to the solar panels installed on the roof.

The hotel managed to obtain a double certification HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale) level « Exceptionnel » and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assesment Method) level « Very good ».

Thanks to the daily commitment of the teams, in 2019 the hotel won the 3 following labels : Ecolabel Européen, Clef Verte & Marque Parc du parc du haut Languedoc. These three labels reinforce the position of our ecologic hotel in Hérault.

Social reintegration

We work closely with the association APSH 34, which accompanies and employs people with disabilities to help them enrich their social and professional development. So it is this association that is partly responsible for cleaning your laundry on a daily basis.

A site classified as an LPO refuge

Recognised as a LPO refuge (Ligue de protection des Oiseaux – League for Bird Protection), our park nests various protected species. Come and discover the different birds and bat shelters scattered around the site, and also the insect hotel.
